The Registrar of Companies wishes to remind valued partners and the public that in accordance with Section 15 A (2) of the Companies Act, Cap.308 as amended, the deadline for the filing of annual returns by domestic companies which were incorporated between the 1st January and 30th June in any given year,is Tuesday 30th June, 2020.
